Tuning in

I’m Deepak, a curious designer working across marketing and events. I chase problems that excite me, build the fix and own it all the way.

Product design is where I want to grow. Many fear AI; I’ve spent this year building with it instead (a few below). I’ve followed Hardik’s work since his Atlassian days, and learning from him would mean a lot… Moonshot? Taking it anyway.

App Screenshot Generator

Store screenshots for customer apps used to be a ticket to Design. Every single time. So I built a tool that lets our iOS and Android teams make them on their own.

  • Built on the design system we already follow, so every export stays on brand
  • Engineers skip Figma entirely: no edit seats to pay for, no waiting on Design
  • Logs every export by device and rolls it into a weekly usage report
  • Live
  • Internal tool
  • Self-serve

Zuddl Jeopardy

For Zuddl’s AI Gameshow, I swapped the slide deck for a branded, playable Jeopardy board. Industry leaders played it live, right inside Zuddl’s event platform.

  • The audience played along instead of just reading along
  • Designed for the host to drive live, on stage
  • Gave the event a look and a moment of its own
  • Figma Make
  • Virtual event
  • Interaction design

Deepfolio

My portfolio, and very much a work in progress. It’s modelled on Photoshop, where I first learned to design. Styles and variables set up in Figma, brought to life with Codex and Claude Code. You’re scrolling through a piece of it right now.

  • A Photoshop-inspired interface
  • Interactions and animations explored with GSAP
  • Fluid sizing and design tokens synced with Figma variables
  • Work in progress
  • Next.js
  • GSAP

Front-end dev in Webflow

Campaign and event pages built in Webflow, with interactions that go well past the defaults. AI was my coding and debugging partner, especially for the custom scripts.

  • One flagship event landing page and two key feature pages
  • Animations and interactions built with GSAP
  • A custom WebGL shader for the event page
  • Webflow
  • GSAP
  • WebGL

AI-assisted design ops

Small systems that take the back-and-forth out of everyday requests, so routine asks don’t have to queue behind Design.

  • Slack alerts from Asana that fire only for the projects and tasks that matter, paired with Zuddl’s in-house AI agent
  • Pre-sales requests went from scattered DMs to a proper queue, built with Slack workflows, webhooks and Apps Script
  • Training docs written with AI, plus a Q&A page for front-end questions, so small asks are self-serve and Design’s time goes to the bigger stuff
  • Asana
  • Slack
  • Workflows

Happy to walk you through any of these, including the bits that didn’t work the first time. (There were a few.)
